Learn Poker

Privacy policy

Effective September 30, 2026.

In short: Learn Poker has no user accounts, shows no ads, uses no analytics tools and does not send your progress to any server. Everything the app creates stays on your device, and you can delete it at any time.

Who is responsible

Learn Poker is developed by Fernando Marcelo Parodi, an independent developer based in La Plata, Argentina, who publishes on Google Play as "BlackShine". For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected].

What data the app uses and where it is stored

To work, the app stores on your device:

This data is stored only in the app's local storage (on Android) or in your browser's storage (on the web version). We do not receive it, see it or share it with anyone.

The age check (18+) asks for your year of birth only to confirm that you are an adult. That information is not stored.

Android app permissions

The Android app does not have permission to access the internet.

Backups

If Android backup is turned on, the system may include the app's data in the backup of your Google account. That backup is managed by Google according to your settings, not by us.

Sharing results

When you share your Hand of the Day result, the app opens your device's share menu with a text you choose to send. We do not send anything on our own.

Website

The learn-poker.app website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data needed to serve the pages, such as IP address and browser type. We do not use our own cookies or analytics tools on the site.

If you email us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you. We do not use them for advertising or share them.

Purchases

The app has no purchases today. If subscriptions are added in the future, they will be processed through Google Play and we will update this policy before enabling them.

Adults only

Learn Poker is intended for people aged 18 and over. It does not allow real-money play or cash prizes, and we do not collect data from minors.

Your rights and how to delete your data

Because your data is on your device, you control it: you can delete it from Settings → Delete my progress, or by uninstalling the app (on the web, by clearing the site's data in your browser). For any question, write to [email protected].

In Argentina, Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection gives you the right to access, correct and delete your data. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the authority that enforces that law.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data (for example, by adding accounts or purchases), we will publish the new version on this page, with its effective date, before the change applies.
