Refund policy
Effective October 15, 2026.
In short: if you bought Premium on the web, you can request a full refund within 14 days of each charge, and Paddle handles it. If you bought on Android, the Google Play refund policy applies. If you have questions, write to [email protected].
Web purchases (Paddle)
Premium purchases on app.learn-poker.app are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which processes payments and refunds.
- Time limit: you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of each charge, whether it is the first purchase or a renewal. You do not need to give a reason.
- How to request it: from the link in your Paddle confirmation email or receipt, or at paddle.net with the email you used to pay. You can also write to [email protected] and we will request it from Paddle for you.
- What happens next: Paddle returns the money to the same payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or payment provider. Premium for that period is deactivated.
- After 14 days: we do not give partial refunds for unused time, unless the law of your country requires it. You can cancel the subscription at any time so it does not renew, and you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
Android purchases (Google Play)
Purchases made in the Android app are processed by Google Play, and refunds are governed by the Google Play refund policy.
- Within 48 hours of purchase, you can request a refund directly from Google through Google Play.
- After that, Google may tell you to contact the developer: write to [email protected] with your order number (it starts with "GPA.") and we will review your case. If a refund is due, Google Play issues it.
Free trial
Nothing is charged during the 7-day free trial of the annual plan. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, the first year is charged and the time limits in this policy run from that charge.
Promo codes
Premium obtained with a promo code is free and is not eligible for refunds.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in Argentina may revoke a purchase within 10 calendar days, at no cost and without giving a reason (article 34 of Law 24,240 and article 1110 of the Civil and Commercial Code). Similar legal periods apply elsewhere, such as 14 days in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Our 14-day period for web purchases already covers these cases.

Include your account email or the one you used to pay and, if you have it, the order number. Within 24 hours we confirm that we received your request with a reference number, and we arrange the refund with Paddle or Google Play.
